Prepare for work in the food industry with Nourish & Flourish Kitchen. Designed to build confidence and independence, the curriculum-based program will ensure student success through hands-on training alongside professional chefs.

- 16-week program starts September 2

- Cohorts limited to six students

- Located in downtown Portland

- No cost to students who qualify

Germaine’s Culinary Inc. empowers people experiencing IDD to achieve self-reliance through careers in the food service industry. Through the hot meals program, Germaine's will help relieve hunger for those in need.

Spring Internship Student Puts His Skills

To Work At Curry Pizza House

Congratulations to Noel on taking the next step toward employment!

After completing the Spring Internship, Noel landed a Community Based Work Assessment at Curry Pizza House in Hillsboro.

His mom Josephine reports: “I am immensely grateful for the Internship program which has trained him to work in a commercial kitchen. . . .  His experience with Chef Su will definitely help him at this job site.
